Your transcribed messages can be printed, e-mailed or downloaded over the world wide web. You can also use your transcribed messages as the basis for tract production or for publication in other forms.

An Unbeatable Price!
 Audioposting produces transcripts for the incredible rate of half-a-penny per word! This is NOT an introductory rate! This is our every day rate for Christian ministry transcription.
Example:
If you speak 150 wpm (which is average) for 30 minutes, you will have 4500 words in your transcript. At only $0.005 (half of a penny per word) your final transcription cost is only $22.50.
Note 1: In rare situations a small surcharge may be added for poor quality audio, multiple speakers or speakers with heavy accents (which greatly increase the labor involved in producing a transcript).
Note 2: There is a minimum billing of 3000 words ($15) per transcript file.
Note 3: Significant portions of audio containing 'dead air' (or other non-transcribable segments including music) will be billed at 150 words per minute.
That's it! There are no other charges or fees involved!
How Much Is That Per Minute of Audio?
So how do our rates stack up against other services which usually charge a flat rate per minute of audio?
Use the following list to get an idea of your cost per minute. Remember, 150 words per minute (wpm) is average.
- 100 wpm at $0.005 per word = $0.50 per minute of audio.
- 150 wpm at $0.005 per word = $0.75 per minute of audio.
- 200 wpm at $0.005 per word = $1.00 per minute of audio.
We have never had a client speak less than 100 words per minute or more than 215 words per minute. So you should find these figures pretty accurate!

Delivery & Turn Around
 Transcripts will be delivered via email in the Microsoft Word format or another format of your choice (including PDF). Once your transcript is delivered to you, you can make as many electronic or print copies as you like.
Our normal turnaround time is one business day for each audio file under 60 minutes in length.
Need it faster? Ask for a rush job and we'll do our best to expedite your order. The charge for accelerating your order is five percent on the total order for each day ahead of schedule we complete your order.
How Do You Do It?
People always want to know if we produce transcripts by computer. While we do make use of computers in our work, every audio file our clients submit is heard by a real human being who types out every word.
Our typing staff average about 100 words per minute and personally strive for 100% accuracy in all they type. On average, it takes up to 4 hours of work to turn one hour of audio into a professional, accurate transcript.
Does Audioposting Transcribe Sermons Only?
Our business has been built on serving the Christian Church. However, we are able to accept a limited number of clients for whom we transcribe meetings, speeches, interviews, etc. of a secular nature with a rate of 0.7 cents per word.
